Orders and delivery times
Your payment is processed securely by PayPal. You can choose the preferred payment method during the checkout procedure. We accept credit/debit Visa and MasterCard via PayPal or direct Paypal payments. You do not need a PayPal account for your credit/debit card payment. Just choose the "Pay with credit/debit card" option at checkout.
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is NOT shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.
We ship our orders using Registered Mail - International Tracked and Signed postal service and we will provide you with a tracking number to check the delivery status online. Please consider that an authorized signature of the recipient is needed in order to receive the package, therefore take this into account when placing the order.
We usually dispatch within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Original artworks and limited editions usually arrive within eleven (11) to fifteen (15) business days from time of shipment, depending on the destination of the artwork as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the work is shipped internationally.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
If you chose to create an account on our website, you can check at any moment the information of your order and delivery by logging in to your account. The tracking number information will be updated once it is available.
Possible delivery delays:
If you live in an area experiencing severe weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen major events, your package may be delayed. Please add an additional 5 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Also, in some countries, the customs clearing process may take as long as 30 days. Please check your government's international shipping policies for more detailed information.
Can I cancel an order prior to shipment?
Yes, you can. Note that all buyers have the right to cancel their order any time before shipment, and are able to return it 7 days after the delivery date if unsatisfied with the work. (For more information regarding our return policy please see: OvanezArt 7-day guarantee.)
In light of our 7-day return policy, we recommend that you please allow the shipment to arrive so that you can see the work in person before making your final decision whether or not to keep it. However, if you're absolutely certain that you do not want the artwork after all, please email us at email@example.com and provide your order details.
IMPORTANT: OvanezArt is not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment.
